Battle of Crete: Pretty self-explanatory. Said content includes more units to use, more skins, more upgrades, etc.
My mod is still very much a WIP, but there's enough content to get started. The Bush Mod: I created this mod specifically for less bullsh*t(Like Volksgrenadiers with their Kar98ks beating Riflemen with Garands in CQC, that's just a f*cking joke) and larger battles. I do not remember the amount of upgrades/abilities offered per tree. Different types of units, different types of abilities, different types of skins. maybe twice or three times? Basically, the mod focuses variation. Back to Basics: I've only played this mod very briefly for 2.601.
This mod has mostly vanilla gameplay, but the inclusion of new things such as hero units, various usable unit or weapon references to other games, a SH*T TON of maps(The mod has a dedicated mapper, after all), and zombies. NHC Mod: From what I gather, this was basically a mod created for sh*ts and giggles. EaW is also one of the few mods(If not, the only besides my own) that supports campaign. So, for example, Pershings are only available on late-war maps. The kicker about EaW: The units you have available is based off of what time the map you're on was fought. Desert Rats) and "enhanced" gameplay such as units doing more damage, longer fighting ranges, etc, although not to the extreme of BK. You get more abilities and upgrades(Also 16 per tree, but geared more towards usage than upgrades), more maps(Including Afrika Korps maps where you can play as the AK vs. Europe at War: This is a mod just as complex as Blitzkrieg, if not more so. People say it's good, so if you like WW1 then check it out. The Great War: I have only played this once or twice when it was in it's earlier versions, and as such I do not have much experience with this mod. You play as the US and Wehrmacht, you get your 16 upgrades and abilities per Commander Tree, that stuff.
Battle of the Bulge: Essentially a toned down version(As in a less overall amount of units to use) of Blitzkrieg, this mod lets you play the original maps plus some new ones, but all with snowy details. When I say more abilities, I mean each Commander Tree has 16 upgrades and abilities, tanks can switch between AP and HE, that type of stuff. Battles are more drawn-out but not exactly large per-se. Blitzkrieg: The go-to mod for "realism", this mod adds PLENTY of new units and abilities, as well as increasing the lethality and fighting range of everything. For the most part, the game plays like vanilla. Eastern Front: The primary thing about this mod is the inclusion of the Red Army, as well as improved AI for skirmish. Now, to go in-depth, here are small summaries of each mod:
Chinese Armed ForcesĪll of these mods adds more units, abilities, maps, and more skins for troops. Modern Combat, which is basically CoH in the 21st century with the US Armed Forces vs. Battle of Crete, which is pretty self-explanatory My own personal mod, The Bush Mod, which is "a mod that makes sh*t make sense"(In my own words) but specifically focusing on larger battles Back to Basics, which is a sort of re-imagining/re-balance of CoH NHC Mod which is basically throwing everything and the kitchen sink into CoH and seeing it work(You can use the Maus, zombies, hero units, all that stuff) Europe at War which is similar to Blitzkrieg/BotB but not as "ultra-realistic" Far East War, which is set during the Pacific(Specifically Chinese vs. Battle of the Bulge, which is similar to Blitzkrieg, but instead is set during what the title implies Eastern Front, which primarily adds the Russians
